Project NerdText:
NerdText is my most recent (and most interesting) project and is a simple text editor. But unlike other traditional text editors I'm
going to make it into a mix of wordprossesing, a code editor and other things. In the first version (which I'm currently working on)
will be a very simple text editor and will only have "New", "Open", "Save" and "Manage Files" capabilities. The other features that I'm talking about
will be introduced in later versions.

Objectives of the Project:
(1). To be simple and easy to use:
This is one of the two most important things in this project, if the editor isn't easy to use, it might aswell not have been created.
(2). To have simple, yet useful user interface:
This is the second of the two most important aspects of the project is the interface. The interface will have simple, customizable
tool bars will be used for easy navigation (but, since in the first version, it will be very simple, this will have no use. Therefore
it will only appear in later versions) and clear documentation will also be provided.
(3). To be cross platform:
The text editor will be completly written in Java, so it can be used by Windows, Linux, Solaris and Mac users without any hassle or
complications.
(4). To Be Great!!!:
nText will have what the user wants, for the reasons the user wants because anyone who uses nText can send there views on any
changes that they'd like to see in the next version or the update. And all opinions will be taken into conderasion, so know
ones opinion will be left in the dark.
Features that will be added to nText in the Future:
Save As function will be added so you can write, edit and save different document types.
.HTML and .RTF support will be added so you can write, edit and save these document types.
Copy, Cut, Paste, Undo, Delete, Select All, Time & Date will be added to the menu bar.
Different fonts, font colouring and word wrapping will be added.
A status bar will be added to the bar at the bottom of its page to let you know what it's doing (e.g saving or opening a document).
Aswell as much much more!
Project Status:
So far, the first version of the project is 95% complete.
