They say statistics this and statistics that when it comes to certain degrees of human input; I just can't get around the fact that there is always human error when it comes to a precise calculation involving willpower. So I have to believe that I can create good habits, drop bad ones, and overall change my perspective of how my brain treats the current day, much quicker than their weekly dart in the dark.
