You can build applications using any language, tool or framework.
[ Windows Phone SDK ]:The Windows Phone SDK 7.1 allows you to create apps and games for Windows Phone 7.5 and 7.0, and is available in English, Japanese, Chinese (Traditional), French, German, Italian, Korean, Russian, and Spanish, and includes productivity enhancements such as an app profiler and an improved emulator. The Microsoft Advertising SDK for Windows Phone is also now conveniently built into the Windows Phone SDK, making it easier to earn money through in-app ads.
[ WebMatrix ]: WebMatrix is a free web development tool from Microsoft that includes everything you need for website development. Start from open source web applications, built-in web templates or just start writing code yourself. Itís all-inclusive, simple and best of all free. Developing websites has never been easier.
