VB to c#

Hi there. :D
I have a code written in VB that is used to dial a number from an application (using TAPI,Telephony Application Programming Interface).
Although i want to understand VB and use it, i still donot know it well.
May be, i would better understand the code if it's written in c#.(visual c#)
Can anyone help me to convert the code?

Maybe if this was in C forum you could get more response from other C programmers who may have had to do this.

This is really us doing your homework. Why dont you just start again but this time in C#
