hell yes it must be legal fuck some of the meds that are legal are more harmfull then a MJ. if they give it to ppl that are sick from cancer insted of other synthetic drugs then hell yea

Its hard for a country to justify the pharmaceutic use of Dilaudid, which is in all respects pure herion and not allow Marijuana for pharmaceutical use. I haven't smoked in almost 8 years, but if I did get cancer or the like... The last thing I would want, on a long list like movie credits would be Marijuana. Probably the only pain-killer that's weaker is Tylenol. Maybe some folks don't want to get hammered and would prefer that? Don't know, but I really don't care.
As far as should it be legal for regular consumption. Yeah, I'd go for that. The prohibition of it has worked about as well George Bush with a box of hammers. The taxes would be good, but the U.S. government already gets 10 times that from the war on drugs, all the arrests, fines, and government auctions due to seized property. I do agree it should be legal but I don't think it will ever happen, for the same reason I'll probably never have a totally electric car. Too many people have too much to lose. You can make a more efficient gasoline with hemp. The oil industry has enough lobbyist in congress to smash that, what does hemp have?

the bulshits about MJ leading you to hard drugs. i smoke weed like for 5 years and i did not take any hard drugs while i do that. i quit smoking and never did i get any hard drugs. its all about the will of ppl if your stupid you can go to cocain without taking other drugs at all got (a frend like that)

All drugs should be legalized or decriminalized, why?
Making drugs illegal doesn't work, it simply gives criminals a viable income source and the people who end up hooked on these drugs through whatever means have no-one to turn to, they don't know where to go.
Making drugs legal with the right information and help would in my opinion be a good thing, no more low-lifes peddling drugs cut from whatever the hell they find. People who are addicted to drugs could be helped off of them without the fear of being prosecuted.
I just don't see how drugs being illegal has any positives, I know that marijuana is illegal yet I bet I could get hold of some in about 10 minutes, the real thing is who the money is going to, funding criminals.
Millions of taxpayers wages is being wasted in a losing battle, yet we all know that drugs being made legal is definitely never going to happen.

Yeah let's just legalize it and be done. I don't smoke, but I think this is a great way for the government to bring some extra cash to the table. Then again, they'll probably just end up wasting the money like they do with the taxes they already collect from us.
