First off I should let you know that most likely no money would be involved in this.

I was hoping to find someone to help me really take my web design skill to the next level, I'm fluent in HTML and CSS but I think it's a little of the design theory that I have off. Basically I wanted to take the step from amateur web design to the semi-professional-ish stage.

The one thing I do have up for trade is quite a bit of experience of the PHP language, if that would be of any use...

Contact would probably end up being through an IM service, and I live in GMT-8, working with people from across the globe is hard, I've tried.
