How to change Regional language setting date format to dd/MM/yyyy ?

Hi,

Iam looking to change programmatically, from Regional language setting [control pannel] date format to dd/MM/yyyy .

Any better ideas?

you can change it from control panel
or you want to create a program for changing the date format?

As close as I can get so far is this:

Shell("C:\Windows\System32\control.exe intl.cpl", AppWinStyle.NormalFocus, True


This opens the regional settings window.
