i am sorry to hear that but
How can you judge Christianity from one person ?

Ok who killed more people than any wars combined? I will answer, The Christan's, they killed in the name of Christianity, forcing religion onto others, Hey don't get me wrong I believe in God and I also believe that Jesus Christ was sent to pay for my lazy butt to sin for I am only human. Being human I also can NOT judge anyone, its not my right to do so, Jesus and the all mighty are the only ones qualified to do so. So my point being, have your own faith and if your happy with it that is all that matters, Let God guide you though you!
God Bless

hey Gorian

you started the thread against Christians and how is it that, now you are the most active person defending bible and its rules

I am Christian all the way. I started this thread so I could argue about it with others and be on topic. (argue kindly I might add, I have no wish to get rude with people)

granted. The crusades were a bit crazy, but then, so were the catholics. They lost a lot when they started compromising in order to attracts pagans. (not that I have anything against pagans or Wiccans, save the Satanist who claim to be them in order to give them a bad name)

On the judgment: Correct, we do not have the authority to judge. God has judged however. Telling a homosexual that God has decreed homosexuality a sin, and then treating them like everyone else that you hang with is not a sin. I have a lot of gay friends. That is not judging them, but telling them the judgment that God has decreed. On the other hand, we have a dut to sand up for what is righteous and Holy. "To make disciple of all men". We are also commanded to love. (read my blog Road2Corinth.blogspot.com). We should not and cannot sit idly by. We are called to action. "To put on the full armor of God" "the Glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard". We don't put on armor to sit around, and we don't need a rear guard unless we are attacked. "For we wrestle not with principalities and powers of darkness" We are fighting a battle for Men's souls. We are in the middle of a raging war, and people need to understand that the very people we are fighting for, the very people we are fighting to save, are the people who are persecuting us and mocking us. We are called to a higher purpose, to fight for the God of all, not just the God of the Christians.

OK as programmers what do we do, we tell a computer what to do by following text books or the knowledge we have learned allong the way, but we all had to start somewhere a book to learn. My point being Read a real Book (the Bible) make your own decisions based on what you read, take from it what you will. Its just a guide book to help you program your own life's paths, take the right directions that's all!
God Bless those don't believe and grace those who profess his faith and word!

Yes, God will bless them, but it is written in The Book of Revelation (not plural) that we should be hot or cold, but those that are lukewarm will be vomited out of his mouth. For Christ, or against him. Take Action! Rise to meet the Challenge! 1st Corinthians 11 "Proclaim the Lord's Death until he comes"! We need to be moving. Our God is alive and He is moving, in peoples hearts and in their lives. To follow him we must do the same.

@sea I am not arguing against Christians. My point is that there is a lot of unbiblical stuff being presented as Christianity. I have not once argued againt Christianity.

What I am trying to say is there is no organized religion that is correct, we each have been raised different, the Christians did bad things, the Muslims did bad things, The Jews crucified Jesus because they feared him I can go on and on. The point being each person has their own faith, its called your conscious and if you don't have one well then you dont have God in you! That is all I am trying to say!

But if all say they are the only true religion, and each says the other is wrong, they cannot all be right.

@Sea

Sorry if i confused you bro. I was just trying to give a suggestion of how someone could start.... Read my sig. kinda weird for a non-Christian. and for those wondering, I am not so fickle as to not like someone for not being Christian or for arguing with me. :)
