I sent a snippet, was rejected, and I tried to resubmit it. Just for info, I open the edit snippet from the link given by the DICbot. When I submitted it, I got this?

Is there any error? Anyway, I already resubmitted it, manually from the start.

Technically that is not an error, it is more of a notification. When a snippet is modified it goes back into the moderation queue to be approved again by a team member.

Once it is approved/disapproved you will again have access to it and be able to view it.

Then why use the word "error". I thought there's something wrong with DIC system. It should say something like "Resubmission successful. Please wait for approval".

Possibly a limitation to the forum software. All will be good in next version of DIC, you'll see.
