Open ended Rpg Programmer needed

We are in need of a programmer for an open ended RPG. We are looking for those dedicated enough to volunteer the time and effort until the game starts to make money. Once the game starts making money, we'll start paying you what we can. The more it makes the more you make. We are a Start-up of value and will treat you as a member of a team not an employee (slave with wages). Look forward to hearing from you.

Specify:
Programming Language
Target Platform (Browser, Standalone Client)
Language (English, Spanish, etc.)

That should help you get more people interested. :)
