C++ loops: exercises needed

Hey, Everyone! I justed started taking an object oriented programming class, and the professor wants all of us to master loops in C++ asap. Do you have any practice problems you can post here for me to try to solve?
He gave us two problems yesterday. Use nested fors to solve this...

I got the other one; this one, I wasn't able to do; However, I already have the syntax for this one... just wanted you guys to get an idea of where I'm starting I need all the practice and exercises I could possibly study! Thanks again to everyone.

Have you tried printing shapes like a rectangle, square, triangle or diamond?
