I'd have to go with firefox on USB.
The only problem is that it doesn't work with Mac, and the only other Windows computers I use do not allow internet access unless it is through IE6!

My college is lame...
((its a good job I know how to beat the system :P))

Thanks B2C, I have switched to portable opera and am finding that it is working very well.
