windows 2003 & PHP5

ok so i got a windows 2003 server with IIS6. i downloaded the newest version of PHP5. installed everything like the php.net told me to. and now im getting this error

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.
this is the test page im trying to run.

echo("Hey, Look! PHP is Working!!");
?>


any idea?
