3DS Max is not working on vista

Hi
Today I installed 3ds max on vista to learn it
but when i run it says ==
The application failed to intialize properly (0xc0000005). Click OK to terminate the application.==

Right-click on the Max desktop icon and choose the function "Run As Administrator". Or select the item Properties and on the Compatibility tab check the option "Run this program as Administrator"

i don't need to that because my UAC is turned off
