Hey Guys,
Does anybody know a place where I can search for user manuals of integrated circuits?
I'm talking of standard circuits and not manufacturer based...
Manuals as in resources which tell me which pin does what...etc...
Thanks.

I'm not quite sure if I totally understand, If your looking for a certain manufacturer most will give away free cross reference books which tell you the manufacturers version of a certain chip. Most times it is Pin for Pin compatable. If your talking about Logic chips all of them have the same part number just different designation such as 74LS08 and 74HC08 are both Quad 2 Input And Chips and have the same pinout it's just that LS is Low Power Schottky TTL and the HC is High Speed CMOS. Most of the time the cheapest and easiest thing to do is run a google search for the part number of a chip and you can get the datasheet for free. That's how I always do it, But I keep a few cross reference books around too just in case. Hope that helps, If you have any other questions just send me a MSG.
