they should have just kept it at longhorn, vista sounds so....well it's just not as cool as longhorn, or even Megatron.

Hope you got some nice machines to run it on...it's pretty processor intensive...the install process, however, is a complete dream compared to previous versions...like 15 mins!
I've been trying out the new command shell (MSH) that coes with it...some very interesting features...they've added *NIX like command functionality, and merged it with .NET programming capabilities...kinda cool.

Im not going to touch it, nothing they announced about it, is really that appetizing. So meh
(with sata hdds I've seen XP install in like 8 minutes.)

We've got Vista installed...

I downloaded it off MSDN and was going to install it for the hell of it. So, is it a complete waste of time? Not worth formatting a machine and spending the time?
stupid question: does the beta offer an upgrade from XP, or does it require a clean install?
