This is a basic grading system. Just see their final mark and locate it in the criteria.
Grade criteria:
A+ = 95%
A = 90%
A- = 85%
B+ = 80%
B = 75%
B- = 70%
C+ = 65%
C = 60%
C- = 55%
D+ = 50%
D = 45%
D- = 40%
F = Any other score.
Just remember, this is not necessary and you do not have to use. It just helps users to understand and the presentation will look better.
One more thing, even if a user has already giving a review with this template, that doesn't mean you can't give another.
