Okay, I have finished the rules - they are pretty much the same as the SoTM rules, but have some changes.

Lol, greg, I did vote for you... I have no need to stack the deck, after all I am trying to get SoT* to grow in popularity, and that wouldn't happen is I was taking pay offs.
