Web cam handler

Does anyone know a good virtual webcam handling program, that im able to show a section/full desktop and the web cam at the same time.

I've seen it been done before just worndering if anyone knows a program that does it.

I use ScreenCamera, very very very good software. You can get a 50% Discount (I think) if you download the trial and order it immediately, so you'll get it for around £8! Great value, and like I say, it's great software. :)
