Hi

I initially signed up for DIC++ Monthly, then upgraded to Annually. I assumed of course that the monthly subscription would be cancelled, and that the annual subscription would be.... annual.

Today I get these emails:

and of course, another $17 was taken from my Paypal account... Can anyone resolve this please?? I don't want to cancel the subscriptions in Paypal unless I screw something up, but surely DIC++ Annually should be Annual?

You need to PM Skyhawk about it.

Go ahead and cancel the subscription. Send me the transaction ID in a PM, and I'll refund you the amount. Then force your DIC++ on the back end.
