Overview:
As an Senior Application Developer, you will provide high quality technology solutions that address business needs by developing applications within mature technology environments. You will utilize mature (3rd or 4th Generation) programming methodologies (in particular and languages and adhere to coding standards, procedures and techniques while contributing to the technical code documentation. Most importantly, you will be the technical lead in the areas of data modeling and database design, and utilize Sybase development and adminstration skills and provide expertise in this area.

Qualifications:
Required: 4 to 7 years of Java Application Development work experience

Required: Prior experience in OOA/OOD, Design Patters, UML

Required: Prior experience with team-based development following a structured lifecycle

Required: Solid design, coding, testing and debugging skills

Required: Minimum of 3 years of work experience in 3-tier architecture

Required: Knowledge of version and revision control practices and procedures



Preferred: Experience in technical mentoring in development of team members

Preferred: Prior experience in other OO language (SmallTalk, C++ or C# )

Preferred: Prior experience developing with middleware API's (IBM MQ, TIBCO RV, Sonic MQ, JMS)

Preferred: Prior experience developing with Web application server (WebLogic 8.1, JBoss, Tomcat)
