Posted 20 August 2009 - 03:36 PM

I have spent all day doing this but I have finally finished my homepage for my new personal site.

I'm just seeing what you guys think of it.

I think the layout is awesome! My gripes:

1. Twitter bird is too big -- all my attention immediately went to the bird rather than the site content.
2. You could use a blank link between blog entry blurbs.
3. Need to bold or change the color on the words "Latest Tweet".
4. The bounce effect on the portfolio is a tad annoying.
5. You can just barely make out the word "link" on the portfolio subtitles.

But overall, fantastic looking site! :^: :^:

See that white horizontal line? Well, that stands out way too much. Where the text is barely visible, compared to the background color.

I was thinking the horizontal line does stick out a bit too much. But I have made some changes so far.
