We had to design a logo with our name and something that describes us (for me it was hunting hence the deer ) to be printed in one color onto a portfolio and this is what I came up with. What do you guys think?

Nice. It took me a minute to see the deer. Too bad you can't use other colors, though.

Ha ha, Yeah I was disapointed when I found out our first project had to be a solid color. Though it can be only 1 color since were printing it onto a portfolio, oh well. I think it looks sweet haha.

Thats really cool, one thing is that you have some parts with a sort of softened effect and then some that are very sharp, if you could make them all more similar that would be really cool.

Yeah, but its going to be screen printed so any of the gray pixels that cause certain lines to seem softer will be turned black. So...

I think there are too many wavy lines at the top left corner. Apart from that, it looks good, but a logo? Just a tad big.

Well I think theres just the right amount of wavy lines It's just being called a logo its being printed 5" 8" folder

Now that you point it out, it does stick out like a sore thumb. The fuzzy lines above the name, that look like curved arrows pointing to the name...

As for the lines in the upper left corner, I think they would look cooler if you made them more like tree branches. More of a picture than just lines. Or are those supposed to be like arrows?

I really like the text and the dear but the mass of black lines in the top left just make it seem very messy.
