HP All-In-One - Windows 7

Ok I have finally found an issue with Windows 7, and that is installing the HP All-In-One software so I can scan some documents. I have followed all the instructions located here to no avail. Anyone got any ideas on how I get this installed so I can scan these signed documents and get them back?
