No C++ is not a easier language to learn but if you know java it will be easy to learn C++.Java is abstracted from C++ so you will find it similar
in case of syntax, flow of the program and mainly both are OOP.

I'd say C++ is harder to learn. While they have close to the same syntax and its easy to learn either once you know one, it is probably easier for a newcomer to not deal with memory management, multiple inheritance, pass by reference/value, or pointers.

It's [C++] easier to set up then java (although nowadays the java installer does damn near everything for you).

I actually stopped learning Java because I wasn't understanding anything and moved onto c++, where I really learned to program. You could blame it on whatever book I was reading at the time, but I prefer to think that c++ has a more conducive environment to learning programming because you can ignore some of the higher level concepts (classes, functions, etc) when you're just starting out.

To the OP: would you mind rephrasing your post? atm no one can understand what you're trying to get at.
