Well, for all intensive purposes, I was kind of the man on top anyway. The group structure didn't exactly reflect this. I'm actually not a big fan of being alone in the "Red" group, I feel like I'm looked at more closely. The team will be able to relax a little and enjoy the site, as well as helping it grow. They can leave me in charge of all the dirty work.

90% of my dic is at work... it's quite distracting really. I'd do so much more if i didn't have a net conenction.
