Ubuntu created DVD doesn't work in my dvd player

I am new to Linux.
Ubuntu won't even let me erase whats on my dvdrw disk.

That's because Ubuntu is an OS & not dvdrw software.

Perhaps if you told us about what software you are using & what errors that it has...

I wondered why I posted in Computer Support & Operating Systems...
DEVEDE, CD/DVD Creator, Brasero. None create a audio and video ts which dvd players use.
