locating a image in web browser during runtime using vb.net

with the below codings how can i locate the image in the browser at the runtime

I'm a little confused. Your topic is called 'Locating A Image In Web Browser During Runtime' yet I do not see anything in your code that has to do with a web browser. Are you missing some code?
