How do I start a Windows Form from a Console App?

I want to start a windows form with a label from a console aplication.
How do I do this?

Just like in windows application:

Form frm = new Form();
Label lbl = new Label();
lbl.Text = "hello";
frm.Controls.Add(lbl);
frm.Show();
