I've noticed quite a few threads asking if there snippet was still in the queue and I'm sure the mods/admins get a ton more in the pms. After a couple weeks everyone gets curious about what the state of their snippet is though most ( i think ) resist the urge to ask for the sake of the admins .

A link ( under the my profile tab maybe?) so that you could view your pending snippets would help out a lot and take some of that load off of the mods/admins.

Options there to cancel or edit the snippet before it gets looked at might help too but just being able to view them and reassure yourself that they are still there would help a lot.

This has been suggested a few times, even on the uservoice site (which barely gets attention).

I like the idea of a tracking system for snippets and tutorials. Something maybe to indicate what index a snippet holds in the queue as well as the overall progress (ie., index _ in Java queue, approved, etc.).

Perhaps even a status to see if mods are testing it actively even! I mean, why not? I was gonna make this a new topic, but I guess now I'll just say +1!
