hey guys well I usually am the developer who fixes a site and never got the opportunity to start from scratch. Well my editor is Microsoft visual basic and i would like to know your advice on starting one from scratch as in from making a template to connecting this to a database

I'm not 100% certain, but I'm pretty sure you'll need Mircosoft Web Developer.
