Hello Everyone, this is my first time posting. I have a recursion assignment that I am having a lot of trouble with (the assignment curriculum is added). Please take a look.

After getting all the numbers read in, I am having trouble figuring out how the recursion part of it actually works. The hint is to always start at the center. If there is anyone that can help me out and give me a psuedo algorithm that would be great help. Thank you.
