Developing in Java,C#,PHP,Ajax

I'm writing web(Java, PHP, Ajax) and desktop(Java(Console, Swing), C#(WPF, Console, Winforms)) applications...
However I'm not a web-designer, but I can team up with a colleague of mine...
just PM me and I'll tell you how much time it'll probably consume and how much money I want.
If I need more time, it's my problem, not yours :P

do have any experience in game programming in C#? I am working on an RPG, maybe you could help.

not exactly, i know my way around WPF(including geometries and storyboard animations), but no directx experience and i never tried making a game with WPF...
but if you simply want to move some images around a WPF canvas, i can help
