We're looking for top-notch developers who have a passion for building

delightful websites that people love to use and who have a special

interest in UI development. If you love developing sites using Ruby on

Rails or if you're just excited to learn, this may be the place for

Requirements

•
In depth knowledge of CSS and HTML/XHTML
• Experience with Javascript and/or ActionScript • Solid understanding
of software development life cycles • Proven ability to write clean
code that works • Ability to code in at least one of: Perl, Ruby, Java,
Python, C#/C++/C • Knowledge of one or more web development frameworks
• Ability to lead and inspire small project teams
• BS or advanced degree in CS, CSE or EE, or equivalent experience
Bonus Points
• Experience with XSLT, mod_perl and/or XML • Database development
experience • Development experience in Linux environment. •
Understanding of one or more areas of relevant expertise: search engine
design, people search, distributed computing, database optimization,
messaging, VOIP, social networking, mobile applications, web design
