I'd like to create a team of 3-5 junior developers that would like to work on small projects. The emphasis is on learning, and luckily making some money out of it.
CRITERIA:
- Work from home.
- Fluent in English.
- Some experience in web application programming, using VS.2008 C# .NET, and MS SQL server 2008.
- Willingness to learn and improve programming skills.
- Team-work.

I am interested to work in .net as i have some experience in VS 2005 ,C# ,ASP.NET and SQL Server .
Also currently updating my knowledge on VS 2008 ,WPF and WCF .
As I cannot work in US as being alien . So would like to find some online opportunity to work on real time project
