I notice DIC has many good tutorials, but I didn't see any on Photoshop. How about creating some basic tutorials on Photoshop?

Personally, I am not too interested in learning about manipulating photos; I am more interested in learning how to create geometric drawings. (I can find MANY books about Photoshop and how to use it to edit photos; however, I cannot find any about how to create my own drawings from scratch.) For example, if you check out my signature, you will notice I am into mathematics and computer science. Some of the pages on my web site need graphics to illustrate the math concepts being discussed, for example, a picture of an ellipse, a graph with various features pointed out, a portion of a sine curve, a cross-section of an airfoil, some x-y data sets and an interpolation of their data, etc. How do I make drawings like these?
