[WINDOWS XP] Changin Default icons

How do i change the default icons for windows?

I want to change the default icons for folders, my computer, my documents, recycle bin, and all the others..

How do i do that? I've looked aorund control panel but nothing.

If you want to change all of your icons at once a program I used to use was Stardock's Icon Packager, which can be found at:

http://www.stardock....s/iconpackager/

It comes with a few themes and such and you can find more at sites like http://customize.org or build your own...

Otherwise there are ways to change my computer, recycle bin and whatnot right in windows but certain icons like the control panel and such can't be changed without 3rd party or reg hacking help.
