Pay back to Wal Mart?
Ohio Mans Urinates on Wal Mart

Failed link there... but you need to expand out the description... A person urinating in Walmart is not that uncommon... a man urinating on "600-dollars worth of meat" is something new.

If you're paying attention to what you are and aren't allowed to do, you have too much free time on your hands.

Really. The law, in every country, is set up so that you are automatically guilty of any number of trivial offenses just for walking out the door to go to work in the morning. Thinking that you're safe because you haven't killed anyone just means you haven't pissed anybody off, and the majority of us know when we break the law- and don't care. we drive 5-10 miles over the speed limit because hey, the speed sensors the cops use have some margin of error and our speedometers can't be perfect either. The smokers among us have probably lit up in inappropriate places. The drug users among us (you know who you are) are guilty of any number of things that most police won't care about unless they want to nail you for something else.

So do what you want and ignore policy. Don't be an idiot, I'm not saying kill people, but don't worry about the fence you're building being 2 inches shorter than code because Pepsi put an idiot in office.
