addition in assembly

Posted 02 February 2010 - 03:36 PM

Hello,

I got my hands on an old quiz that i would like to solve before my next test. I am a beginner in assembly language and need some help in getting a clear picture of how to start. here is the question :

Write an assembly program that will implement a summation from i=0 until i=50 of i. Start your program at memory address $2000.

Labels Op-code OPERANDS Comments

ORG $2000 we start at memory location 2000

what is next? I am thinking about a design chart before i start writing the program.

Thank you.
