I'm just in no shape to exercise.
What's your excuse?
The only exercise I do is raising my beer, tilting my head back and swallowing (beer that is).
Oh, and finger exercise typing in code, and writing my name on bill payments and...

There's always the 100 pushups website... a similar thing for squats.. or do a series of burpees to the sequence of 10, 9, 8,...1.

I do 100 pushups every morning at 5am. Been doing it for about two weeks now.
Best choice I've ever done.

Going to be exercising more. Going to start going to the gym next week. Yes, exercising in the cold warms you up but if you can't breathe in the cold because of asthma you have a big problem.

I do one sit-up a day. Half in the morning when I sit up to get out of bed and the other half at night when I lay back down.
