teampoop pushed the dev config file to the live server causing all the URLs to get screwed up.
We're recovering things now.

I dunno if that's any use (it could just be a side effect of the config change), but I caught the error mentioned earlier around this time too (8.45pm GMT)

If you encounter that error from right this second onward, let me know. We JUST restored the config about 15 minutes ago.
