If you haven't done so yet, you should snag the Google Toolbar. It's got some neat features that I've been using more and more. I especially like the "Spell Check" feature, especially when posting in forums, I don't have to copy what I type in to Outlook/Word and then back.
It's also got some new Anti-Phishing technology built in that actually helps check the validity of the site you are on and make sure there is know monkey business.

Oh, I forgot to mention... if you are an avid GMail user, like myself, it's a pain when you click those Email Links (mailto:...) and it tries to open Outlook Express... the new Google Toolbar makes GMail your DEFAULT MAIL [email protected]!!!!

New! Send with Gmail
Have you been frustrated because you can’t set Gmail as your default mail client? We’ve solved that problem by adding a feature into Toolbar that automatically opens whenever you click on an email link.

I use two "Google" extentions:
GMail Notifier: Sits in the status bar and notifies you of new mail... opens in new tab on click.
CustomizeGoogle: Allows you to modify how Google displays certain things (ads, links etc), deletes/blocks Google cookies.. and more.
