time zone problem

I just noticed that there seems to be a problem either with the board's time setting or the way it's handling time zones. I have my profile set to US Eastern time zone where it's now approx 7:23 pm but the times appearing on posts indicate that it's only 6:23. I've tried it both with and without automatic DST (currently-DST is not selected).

Sorry to keep harping on this, but in order to get post times displayed correctly for Eastern Time, I have to set my board settings either to Atlantic Time Zone or Daylight Savings Time.

Not a calamity, but it offends my sense of order. :sleepy:

Yes, am seeing that issue also - in Alaska.

Time is 12:30. Site shows 11:30. Neither of the DST check boxes are selected at this time.

Edit: Let's see what this edit records for a time. It is now 5:07pm.
