So 3 moderators and 1 webmaster and there still wasn't enough collective (or singled) opinion to close this thread. I mean you get rough looking threads in the Lounge but at least many of them still have a purpose to convey knowledge or amusement, but I suppose technically this threads failing was an amusement so it still falls into those specifications. Just making a valid point this thread is below the higher quality that can normally be found essentially anywhere on this site.

@OP: Still finding little purpose to this thread, but I would say no2 is a damn good friend (for the last quote alone I'd say).

Just because you don't find it entertaining doesn't mean it should be closed. I kind of get sick of seeing the replies to stop opening topics. If one doesn't like it, don't post. It'll eventually die, but it doesn't need to turn into a flame war just because a flame war is easy to start.

Honestly I don't see what's wrong about someone starting a topic about friendship. Is it really such a horrible topic?

Actually if you reread my post, I did find it entertaining. I hadn't actually considered the fact that this will likely just die out and fall to the bottom of the stack. So in essence I suppose I actually contributed to this failure by keeping it alive, and for that I am sorry.

Sorry Chris! I was really pissed off yesterday and I let emotion come to this topic. I'll clean up my act, I feel I'm pretty fair with my use of the reputation system otherwise so I'll keep it that way.
