Nope, iPhone 3G doesn't have a setting to display the battery meter in percent value.

The 3GS definately does as I have it on mine now:

It's not in the best location and it is quite hard to find. (Took me a while to find it to put it on here) It's in Settings... General... Usage... Battery Percentage

Lol B9, I get like 400 texts a day, 95% being Twitter lol. Cuz what would life be without KYA ranting about politicians and PsychoCoder's and supersloths bickering? BORING! ;)

i love my droid. it has its fair share of problems but being my first smart phone, its incredible. i dont think i could ever go back to a non smart phone for the rest of my life.

I don't like talking to people, so I prefer texting. In fact, once I get my Blackberry or whatnot, I'm gonna get the data+text w/ 0 mins plan. I average 100 mins a month, and at least 80 can be elimated by using my office phone, as they are just calls for appointments or such. I hate that I can't just get a 50 min plan instead of paying for 500 when I only call Verizon anyways! :angry:

I don't even like having a cell phone because it lets people bother you while you're doing things. But if it's a must then I'll get the phone that lets you call people. Kind of sounds like a stupid thing to say, I know, but that's what lots of cell phones have come too these days.

At least Twitter has given an outlet for those people that used to leave 30 voice messages about what they're currently doing.

I don't use my cellphone much.
And the one person who would drive me to actually use it, doesn't have Verizon, so my mom would murder me if I used it D:

I personally would love the ability to block a number without even allowing it to go to voicemail. Hear nothing on my end, let it ring on their end but no voicemail. (Including Text Messages)

Sometimes I'm tempted to buy a smartphone, but I soon remind myself that I don't really need one. My relatively cheap cell phone will do.
