I'm pissed off at Comcast. I've been signed up for their automated bill payer service for several months. I do this so i don't have to worry about paying the bill every month, they just charge my credit card. Last week they started calling harassing me about an over due payment. I told them their system was fucked up and to fix it. They continued to call me even after I re-updated all my billing information and confirmed they had everything correct in the system. So instead of the nice $63.59 I pay every month, I now owe comcast $189.15 because, not only can they not provide reliable internet and TV service, but they can't even bill their fucking customers correctly.

Comcast, you've got 1 chance left, fuck it up and I'm going to DSL.

The service in my area is strong and it is reliable... But it sounds like you already got f'd in the ass by WiFi companies. That weak laugh said it all.

i've never paid for wifi outside of what's coming into my house via my cable connection (because it's secure, awesome, fast and even the xbox can use it). but i have used the service as paid for by others, and it sucks like chris at an elementary school and a hoover put together.
