i have pentium 4 256 mb of ram 3.06 ghz.128 mb of graphics card.When in fifa2006 i play a friendly match or play a match in cereer mode after playing the match when it comes to continue and i click on it the computer hangs but
i hear the sound of the crowds .What should i do?Please reply

I'm sorry I have to ask this but is your Game an Original copy?

If it isn't...there probably isn't much you can do.

If it is...Try switching to a lower resolution (yup...try 640x480) and tweak the game settings to minimum detail mode.
If it still doesn't work...Contact Customer Support.

actually it wont matter whether its original or not, you dont have enough RAM that fifa needs (EVEN if it says YOU can run FIFA 2006 on that) , ill recommend at least 512 MB RAM to have the game run smoothly, as the OS and several other programs eat more RAM than you'd expect. CPU is never a issue if you have more than 2.0 Ghz, (mine;s 2.2 Ghz and it runs like mmmmmm....)

also , if your graphic card driver needs updating , better do it, as even a 256 MB graphic card like mine, hung up cause my initial company packaged driver was too old, i updated it and its awesomely nice.

you can go to the SUPPORT > run the EASY info.exe to get details on what specs your computer is missing.

AMD ATHLON XP 2600+ 2.2 Ghz
768 MB RAM (256 + 512 DDR)
nvidia GeForce FX 5200 (256 MB DDR) (updated drivers)
Creative Sound Blaster 24 bit live! ( to lessen load on CPU) (updated drivers)

Actually, it's rather game dependent.

I've actually compared some games (original v/s fakes) and sometimes a lot of data (like sounds and stuff) is omitted from the fake.
Sometimes the menu is tweaked.

And some ^#(*&# guys embed Trojans in the Games.

How much free RAM you got?
