Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and leadership for a team of analysts and developers supporting Distribution Systems
• Oversee projects within given application area
• Manage employees - hiring, development, performance evaluation, work schedules, personal issues. Manage 3rd party vendors and resources, evaluates performance, reviews deliverables and monitors hours worked
• Manage expectations, provide functional and technical designs, and respond to questions related to the Warehouse Management System and its capabilities
• Manage support of applications in portfolio and communications changes with remote Distribution Centers
• Report project progress and application issues

Requirements:
• Experience in the field of Warehouse Management/Distribution systems (6+ years)
• Management and leadership experience leading groups of 4 or more people in a team-oriented environment (4+ years)
• Catalyst (CDC) Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
• Application development background providing deliverables for a Warehouse Management System using UNIX 'C', Perl, Korn Shell and/or PHP, interfacing with an Oracle database
• An undergraduate degree in business, a business related field or Information Systems
