Finally It's my turn to ask for final year project ideas

Hi there. I'm sure by now people might be tired of this "Help me with final year project ideas" thing but...
Matter of fact, I'm also seriously searching for one. Please, before you ask me to search forums, i've done so and i have even read and considered all of Martyr2's Mega Projects but i seem to find none that meets the university's requirements. I have quite some great ideas(...well i don't know about you...but they are great) but i have quite a number of problems with them.
See I have this idea about a virtual classroom where the instructor can teach the students online using a streaming audio and video and an IM to enable teacher-student communication during a class session. But I lack certain skill such as how to do the streaming bit of it. I know about quite a number of streaming servers out there but how to make them interact with the web server so as to enable the streaming to be embedded in the webpages is quite a bit of a problem. I know how to program in php so i was thinking of using it as the tool for the application. How to do the streaming...??????
Well the next idea i have is an internet banking system which will kinda bring the front desk of a bank to the comfort of a customer's computer but thing is, the university requires that the system be implemented after completion and that means i should have a case study area. Thing is, I'm wondering which banking institution would release their sensitive and confidential data to a mere Computer Science undergraduate who wants to do a project work? Because i'm thinking that if i am to do such a project, my application would definitely have to communicate with their database and i do not really think i can get access to that.
Well seems i'm talking too much...out of desperation...
Please are there any project ideas i can use? Or is there anything i can so about these two ideas above? Please any help would be gladly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.
