You trying to code them in C? Well I suppose all you need is a function with a value representing the intensity of the light and a return value representing the resulting resistance.

I *think* however you are probably asking how to use a photoresister (LDR) with a controller. To even begin to help I think we would need to know what controler you are using, what compiler, and what the circuit looks like.
